Founded by Fabio Frontini in 2002 with the objective of building a best-in-class asset management boutique, Abraxas Capital Management has, since 2017, specialized in digital assets to rapidly become a global leader.

What sets Abraxas apart from its peers is our steadfast belief that, to create long-term successful products for our investors, it is essential to apply rigorous and disciplined traditional finance approaches to the rapidly evolving crypto industry.

In 2018, Abraxas began managing the flagship and multiple award-winning Elysium Global Arbitrage Fund, the first EU-regulated digital assets fund to receive a license and begin operations in Europe. Building on the extensive knowledge, network, and expertise gained with the Elysium Global Arbitrage Fund, Abraxas expanded its portfolio management to include Alpha Bitcoin Fund in 2022 and Alpha Ethereum Fund in 2023.
